Welcome To The 2023 VFAC Track Series
This event is a track running meet hosted by the Vancouver Falcons Athletics Club (VFAC) that will include races over the distances of 400m, 800m, 1500m, and 3000m. It will be held at the Rashpal Dhillon Track & Field Oval at the University of British Columbia. Races will be officiated by BC Athletics Officials, timed with electronic timing equipment, and the entire meet is sanctioned by BC Athletics.

Entry deadline: Thursday August 17th, 11:59pm PST
Entry fee: 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m – $25 (early bird, ends July 31st) $30 (after July 31st)
When registering for two events you get the second event free. Please contact the race director (abanksga@unb.ca) for the promo code.

Prizes
There will be door prize draws for 2 pairs of Brooks running shoes (courtesy of Forerunners Main St.) and SierraSil joint products. All runners will be entered into a random draw for these prizes.

Participants will be able to register at the VFAC tent and receive their race bib, registration closes at 7:15pm.
Please show up at least 45 minutes before your race.
Entries into the 400m and 800m will be seeded with no finals. Races are mixed gender.
Equipment Guidelines
6mm maximum track length
Since the race is not a world-sanction label, competitors can wear shoes of any stack height. No stack height check will be done.
Facility Description
8 lane, 400m synthetic polyurethane running track.
Change room and washroom facilities available.
Parking along Wesbrook Mall and East Mall. Thunderbird parkade is the closest parkade.
5mm maximum spike length.
